Setup of your logo into an embroidery .DST file.
We will setup your logo into a format that we can use for embroidery. This is a one off charge that is usable for the life of your logo. Edits cannot be made to the file once it has been created, so we do recommend having the correct logo for use.
Once we have setup your logo, we will email you a photograph of an actual stitch out of your logo.
Please supply your logo in the highest resolution possible. Once we have received your order we will contact you for a copy of your logo, alternatively please email it to us at [email protected].
The turnaround for digitizing logo's is 3-5 working days, although we usually work much quicker than this.
For all orders exceeding a value of 100USD shipping is offered for free.
Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item.
